2. Bubble-free vacuum environment: High vacuum (up to -100kPa) + rapid vacuuming (approximately 5 seconds) results in a bubble-free, color-marked, and indented finish after bonding.
3. Quick changeover: PLC + touchscreen can store multiple sets of process parameters, which can be recalled with a single click when switching product models, reducing changeover time from hours to minutes.
4. Safety protection: Dual-button start, emergency stop, and safety door interlock prevent misoperation and workplace injuries.
